Purchase and digital delivery

ROOMFIELD products are digital downloads. No physical print, frame, paper, device, or other item is shipped. Checkout, payment, receipts, account access, and file delivery are handled by Whop.

Access is normally available immediately after successful payment. Buyers should use the same email address used at checkout when signing in to Whop. File counts, formats, artwork counts, and included guides are stated on each product page.

Printing results vary by printer, ink, paper, display calibration, crop, and selected ratio. Slight color and scale differences are normal and are not evidence that the supplied digital file is defective.

Personal-use license

A purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the artwork for their own home, personal workspace, or as a physical gift. ROOMFIELD retains the artwork and all associated intellectual-property rights.

Buyers may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, or claim authorship of the digital files. The files may not be used for commercial products, client work, merchandise, templates, stock libraries, NFTs, dataset creation, or AI-model training. A physical gift does not transfer the digital file or license.

Refunds and product support

Because digital files become available immediately, a change of mind after access is generally not refundable. ROOMFIELD reviews requests fairly when a file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, materially different from its product description, or cannot be used as documented. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

To request help or a refund, sign in to Whop, open Orders, find the ROOMFIELD transaction, select the menu beside it, and choose Request Refund. Buyers may also message ROOMFIELD from their Whop purchase or membership details. Requests are reviewed through Whop's Resolution Center.

Include the order email, affected filename, device or printing workflow, and a screenshot when relevant. Duplicate charges and inaccessible delivery should be reported promptly.

Privacy and advertising measurement

ROOMFIELD does not directly collect or store payment-card details. Payments and buyer account information are processed by Whop under its own terms and privacy practices. The storefront is hosted by Netlify and a connected ROOMFIELD preview deployment.

The site may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and campaign parameters. When ROOMFIELD activates the Meta Pixel, the site may send PageView, ViewContent, and InitiateCheckout events to Meta, including the selected collection, price, currency, and campaign attribution. A completed purchase may be measured through ROOMFIELD's Whop tracking integration.

This information is used to operate the storefront, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse, and improve ROOMFIELD. Browser privacy controls, ad-platform settings, and blocking tools may limit measurement. Third-party providers control their own retention and processing practices.

Do not send sensitive personal information through product support. Privacy or order questions can be submitted through the ROOMFIELD company page or purchase messaging inside Whop.

General terms

Buyers must provide accurate checkout information and maintain access to the email address used for delivery. The site and files may not be used unlawfully or in a way that infringes ROOMFIELD or third-party rights.

ROOMFIELD may correct listing errors, replace defective files, update guides, or discontinue future sales. A buyer's existing personal-use license remains subject to the terms accepted at purchase. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These policies may be updated when the product catalog, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
